*Most activities are led in either Tibetan by local nomad partners or in English by our staff. Chinese is also available in most cases. When English is necessary or very helpful, it is included at no extra cost.

• Yak Packing: Learn the basics of loading up yaks to carry loads. A chance to work closely with big animals. (This activity counts as full-day, because the yaks will be busy all day, but guests can actually plan about 3 hours.) 准备牦牛驮东西 （Full-day/整天）
• Horse Riding: Ride into the high grasslands with nomad guide.. 骑马（Half or full day/半或整天)
• Nomad Life Workshop: A morning or evening workshop. Morning includes milking, dung collection, spinning, rope-making, complex braiding, and lunch. • Cyanograph  光影摄影 — An old-school photography technique that uses sunlight directly on paper. This workshop encourages nature observation, and simple playful creativity.
