Temple Tour


Visit Gyergo Nunnery, Lhagang Temple, and Dronkor, a small nomad temple.  This is a fascinating day that covers Nyigma and Sakya temples, older and more modern (less sectarian).  There is a hermit cave, a mani wall, a 1300-year-old statue, a pilgrimage site, and a gorgeous view.  Full day, 10 am departure.  +900 car fee for lodge guests.  (English-speaking guide included).
