We welcome artists for 2-6 week stays. Come join our artist-in-residence, Kelsang Dorje, in his thangka painting studio.
This residency is open to visual artists, land artists, filmmakers, sculptors, textile artists, printmakers, musicians, writers, and cultural and environmental researchers. We have limited space for 2 artists.
The price is $225 USD per week including all meals, a bed in a shared room, and shared studio space. We ask that participants leave us some small piece of work as a mememto and contribution to our project, or offer a presentation while on site.
Travel to our site can be arranged.
Application must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival and require a portfolio.
